Delete My Data

Applies to Match Game, a matching game for Android published by Evernile Studio.

Overview

Match Game does not require an account. Your game data, such as scores, levels completed, your selected mode and difficulty, and settings, is stored locally on your device only. We never receive it, so you can delete it at any time from your device, without contacting us or waiting for a request to be processed.

Option 1: Clear the App's Storage

  1. Open your device's Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and select Match Game.
  3. Tap Storage (or Storage & cache).
  4. Tap Clear storage (or Clear data) and confirm.

The exact names and path may vary slightly by device manufacturer and Android version.

This action is immediate and permanent. All of your locally stored data is erased from your device and cannot be recovered.

Option 2: Uninstall the App

Uninstalling Match Game from your device also permanently removes all locally stored game data.

What Gets Deleted

  • Scores and levels completed in both Drag & Drop and Match modes
  • Game progress for Normal and Hard difficulty
  • Saved preferences and settings within the App

No Server-Side Copy

The App does not collect or send your game data to us, so there is nothing stored on our servers to delete separately. The App's configuration request sends no information about you, and ratings you leave through Rate Us are held by Google Play, where you can edit or delete them yourself.

Feedback and Contact Emails

If you sent us a Feedback or Contact Us email, it contains your message, your email address, the App version, and your device manufacturer and model. To have these emails deleted, email us from the same address and ask. We will permanently delete those emails and all information they contain, and reply to confirm.
