Delete My Data

Effective date: October 8, 2026

Applies to Brain Training, a memory-training game for Android published by Evernile Studio.

Overview

Brain Training does not require an account with us. Depending on which features you use, your data can be in up to four places, and each one is deleted separately:

On your device

Levels, scores, streaks, rewards, settings, and privacy choices.

Delete in the App →

Google Play Games

Leaderboard scores and achievements, only if you signed in to Play Games.

Delete via Google →

Analytics, crash & ad data

Usage, crash, and advertising data held by Google, only if collected.

Reset or request →

Emails to us

Feedback or Contact Us emails, only if you sent us one.

Request by email →

Deleting data in one place does not delete it in the others. To remove everything, follow all the sections that apply to you.

1. Delete Data on Your Device

  1. Open the App and go to the Home Screen.
  2. Tap More Options.
  3. Select Delete My Data.
  4. A confirmation dialog will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion.
  5. Tap Delete My Data to permanently delete all of your locally stored data.

This also:

  • clears your privacy and ad choices, and shows the consent message again where it applies;
  • switches analytics and crash reporting off until you choose again, and deletes any crash reports not yet sent;
  • replaces the App's analytics identifier with a new one, so future analytics data is not linked to earlier data.

You can also remove this data by uninstalling the App, or by clearing the App's storage in your device settings (Settings → Apps → Brain Training → Storage → Clear storage).

This does not remove your leaderboard scores or achievements from Google Play Games, or data already sent to Google. See the next sections for those.

2. Delete Your Google Play Games Data

If you signed in to Google Play Games, your leaderboard scores (including Daily Challenge scores) and achievements for Brain Training are stored in your Play Games profile by Google. We cannot delete this data on your behalf. You control it directly through Google.

Delete only Brain Training's data (recommended)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your Profile icon at the top right.
  3. Go to Settings → General → Play Games Profile.
  4. Tap Privacy & Settings.
  5. Under Your Data, tap Delete profile & game data.
  6. Under Delete individual game data, find Brain Training and tap Delete.

You can also do this from a browser at play.google.com/games/profile.

Delete your entire Play Games profile

On the same screen you can permanently delete your whole Play Games profile. This removes your Play Games data for all games, not just ours, and your gamer name becomes available to other players.

Google updates these menus from time to time. For the latest steps, see Google's help article: Delete your Play Games data or Play Games profile. Your Google Account's Play History is separate from your Play Games profile and is managed by Google under its own Privacy Policy.

Tip: Delete your on-device data (Section 1) before or at the same time as your Play Games data. If you keep playing while signed in to Play Games, new scores and achievements will be recorded again.

3. Analytics, Crash, and Advertising Data

If you allowed it (or where consent is not required), the App sends usage analytics to Google Analytics for Firebase, crash reports to Firebase Crashlytics, and uses Google AdMob to show ads. This data is linked to random identifiers, not to your name or email address. See Section 2.4 of our Privacy Policy for details.

Stop collection

  • On the home screen, tap More Options → Privacy Settings and withdraw your consent. This option appears where a consent message applies to you.
  • Or use Delete My Data (Section 1), which switches analytics and crash reporting off and asks you again.

Reset your Advertising ID

In your device settings (usually Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads), you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ads personalization. This breaks the link between your device and past advertising data.

Automatic deletion

  • Analytics events are deleted automatically 14 months after they are collected. The analytics identifier for your installation is deleted 14 months after you last used the App, because each new use restarts that period.
  • Crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days.
  • Advertising data is kept by Google under Google's retention policy.

Ask us to request deletion sooner

Email us with the subject Delete my data – Brain Training (see Section 4), and include the App version and roughly when you used the App. Because we do not know who you are from this data, we may need your help to identify your installation. Where we can identify it, we will ask Google to delete the related analytics data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

4. Request Deletion of Emails You Sent Us

If you used the Feedback or Contact Us option in the App and sent us an email, we keep that email so we can follow up on your request. You do not need the App installed to ask us to delete it.

  1. Send an email to feedback.mobitechsolutions@gmail.com from the same email address you used to contact us.
  2. Use the subject line Delete my data – Brain Training.
  3. We will delete your emails and the information they contain (your email address, message, and the device and game details included in them) within 30 days and confirm by reply.

After we send the confirmation, we delete that final exchange too. We do not keep any other copy.
